Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and red handkerchief worn on his right side. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Sage and occasionally as a mercenary.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He prefers to wear flannel, marred by chocolates. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the south. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: He wears a blue coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head, and he perpetually has his lance ready. His white hair is long and unkept. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Server arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.
