History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Priest, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Justin was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sailor. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
