History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with grey slacks. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a Ploughman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balimaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balimaar. Being a Ploughman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. He has auburn hair. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Gilbert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by giants. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Map Maker, his father struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
