Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, black cloak. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Heward was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heward decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is cut close to his head. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He wears dull tan sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longbow, just in case. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is a Slave Trader first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born in the south to a Slave Trader, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull white iron scale mail. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and balancing his hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Theodoric was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
