Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Norman's homeland. Norman decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.
