History: He was born into a rich family. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Rolf began to lead the lost caravan. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
