History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bather business.

History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Lance was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He has achieved small success as a Bather.
