Personality: Bertram is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolf studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. After a long history of fighting, Rolf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'0". He wears a red costume with the symbols of luck on his torso, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and seeks redemption
