History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. After coming to the age of reason, Anthony took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to get a good night's sleep

He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.
