History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
