History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Alexandre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Shepherd soon after.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
