History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears long strands of opal and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
