History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Anthony was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Anthony liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Odo will drive conversation. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the west. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
