History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To be a Mortician again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born in the west to a Merchant, Balimaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
