Description: This late middle aged man wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is long and unkept. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Richard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Richard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.
