History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
