Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ruler profession.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Theobald was taken on many hunting expeditions. Theobald was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Theobald decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
