History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
