Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His tied-back hair is white. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in the west to a Engraver, Richard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Richard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Richard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Rolf was born with his mother's beautiful face. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
