History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dean isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Dean lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and he wants revenge against goblins

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rolf was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a great chef.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
