Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.
