Description: An older man who wears a grey shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Simon is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. His hair is silver and curly. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now mingles about in high society.
