Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he's looking for his big break

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
