History: Gerard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Wymar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Wymar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Wymar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Wymar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's in love; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Shane is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His brown hair is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
