Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His auburn hair is cut short. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Courier father left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This late middle aged man wears many layers of old clothing at all times and is in decent physical shape. His hair is long and brown with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He has green eyes and a pastel hat with a green feather.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His first spouse was a Sailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Gerald was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His silver hair is braided into rings. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Alex took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
