Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born in the north. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a crush on the local stableman

Description: Standing 6'6", this man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Gomory is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Gomory was born with his mother's beautiful face. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Arnold's homeland. Arnold decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
