History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Everard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has decided he is irredeemable
