Description: An older man who wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His eyes are likewise violet.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a black coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His white hair is braided into rings. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears just a red suit. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His hair is short and brown. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
