Hugh Hayhurst, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. He carries with him a set of morningstars on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Charles Langston, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a husky man, who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed red hat.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.
