Description: He wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'0" and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he likes to wear brown tank tops with white pants. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gunter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it, and he perpetually has his ceremonial dagger ready. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: An older man who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His ears are large.

Personality: Everard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Everard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wishes to resurrect an old love
