History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He worked as a nervous Banker and found it very stressful. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Anselm began to lead the lost caravan. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
