History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Frederick was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Trym was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dilettante. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
