History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He takes great joy in being the best Doctor in town.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has worked as a Doctor like his mother before him.

History: Ernest was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Architect mother left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
