Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears dull grey sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed falchion, just in case. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'5". He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His black hair is knotted and matted. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and regain custody of his son

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is portly but not overly obese. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Roland is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This man wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his right hand. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
