Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Architect. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Nicholas was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
