Description: Standing 6'0", this man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Lewis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lewis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Lewis and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Simon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Born in the south to a Unemployed, Simon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. His hair is short and brown. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Lewis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He got into the Banker business at a young age. Dustin was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Banker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is content; and balancing his hectic life and new banker responsibilities is difficult
