History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hugh's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Patrick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Patrick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
