History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tailor for the past few years.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to raise his children well
