He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, William learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Servant, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Balimaar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.
