History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Chad was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Chad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new hunter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he desires power and/or immortality
