History: Don was born the youngest of three triplets. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Ralf reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
