Description: This northern man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. He wears his golden hair down. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Servant profession.

History: Don was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new slave trader responsibilities is difficult

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a violet deerstalker hat and violet clothes. His hair is black and curly. His ears are large.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a tan collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Ploughman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
