History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Rolf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Bernard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.
