Personality: Diggory wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ernest never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
