History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. He carries with him a set of maces on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Balimaar was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fletcher. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the east to a Fletcher, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a green and yellow handkerchief worn on his right side. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Ralf took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
