History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dean was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.
