He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. Ralf Lincoln, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is dressed in an above average manner. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ralf's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Heward Carlisle, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A middle-aged man, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care, and is pretty ugly. He has moderate length auburn hair. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
Ideals: Opinionated. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Criminal record, Slave. Occupation: Butcher
Voice: Spits and sputters

Arnold Vance, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'1". He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, and his gloved hand is found clutching a mace. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. Arnold liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
