Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Hugh took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
