History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Performer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and sabotage a competitor

History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Seamstress.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
