Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a Beggar first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Beggar but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has taken up work as a Beggar and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: To be a Doctor again; and balancing his hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult

Description: This southern man wears a black vest and prefers grey and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His clothes are grease stained in places. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Gerard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gerard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: He wears tattered old clothes, and he perpetually has his bastard sword ready. He has shaved his head bald. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student he started as a Painter, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This slender man stands about 5'5". He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His tied-back hair is black. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a dagger on his belt. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.
